I have had the unfortunate experience of being diagnosed with cancer for the second time in five years.
However the friendship, support and prayers I have received from work colleagues, friends and my precious family has been overwhelming.
They know who they are and I will be forever grateful to them. It has lifted and carried me through times when I have been low and extremely sick. My message is this: should you know anybody who is going through a difficult period, a simple sms or phone call works miracles and lifts the spirit at a time when you are feeling dreary. A very big thank you to all who were there for me.
