Biggest moans will be from non-voters

I cannot believe the apathy of the residents of Ballito and surrounds. It is obvious no people are voting on the use of recycled water otherwise Sembcorp would not have extended the voting date. The people who don’t vote will most probably be the biggest moaners when there is NO water.
All the capitals of the world use recycled water so why should we be different? The water you presently drink came down a river to the dam and, was used for people’s washing and bathing, as well as a toilet, both by humans and animals as well as fish. The towns upriver from us, i.e. Pietermaritzburg, Kloof, Pinetown etc., all discharge their treated sewage water into the rivers which we then use after purification.
So what is the difference? Come on people vote YES if you want water in the future.
