To the Gems and Netcare ambulance services, Oakley, Dr Deon Steer, Dr Visser, Dr Gafoor and their assistants, the nursing and reception staff of both Alberlito and Umhlanga hospitals, to Wayne Fowles and to Absa Bank staff, Ballito. Without people like you life would have been totally unbearable.
