If your car must have a roadworthy certificate and be roadworthy, why don’t the roads have to be carworthy?

Regarding the inadequate driving test in SA, the formulating of a new and more comprehensive test will count for absolutely nothing until the bribery and corruption in the traffic department ceases.

Perhaps the SA driving licence will follow in the footsteps of the ID and passport and eventually count for nothing on the global scale because it is almost as readily available as milk in the supermarket.
