I would like to congratulate the KwaDukuza municipality tourism department on an outstanding Visitor’s Guide 2015/16. It has a little of everything to see our spectacular beautiful region covering 625 square kilometres.

It focuses passionately on visitors to our region without any politics or dignitaries’ photos splashed all over it. While the glossy A4 paper used is luxurious, it serves its purpose by standing out against the competition.

Artworks has done a professional job which we can be proud of. It is a guide that visitors and all those involved in the holiday trade will cherish for a long time. Well done.

Ballito

P.S. I collected my copy from the Umhlali Library.

They spoiled a nice looking publication with so many errors. Ballito has a population of 170 000? High Rock is the place of legend where Shaka made men jump to their deaths, not Hole in the Wall and the bird is the African Fish Eagle, not the white-headed fish eagle. A cursory glance revealed five factual errors in the first two pages. Pity – Editor.
