Unnecessary waste of money

Just prior to the Billabong Ballito Pro surfing competition I noticed a load of concrete dirt bind being off loaded at the Salt Rock beach car park next to the municipal officers.

My first thought was that the municipality was really getting into gear and was going to strategically place them on the beaches, but how wrong I was. Five months later they are still in the same place hardly visible with grass almost covering them.

We need answers, after all it is our money being waste and what surprises is that the DA councillors drive past them every day.
