I am finding Lifestyle Centre run down and not catering for moms.
1. There are no mom’s parking bays, so while you are loading your shopping into the car your baby is in the pram in the middle of the road.
2. The parking is so small if someone goes over the white line you cannot open your door wide enough to get baby in.
3. I have been living here for over 10 years and the lift is more out of service than in service thus I cannot park in the undercover parking as I cannot use the pram on the stairs.
90% of shoppers are moms with little ones and we simply do not get the support from Lifestyle Centre.

Mark Pearse, Lifestyle Centre Property Manager replies:
As you correctly allude to in your letter – we have as a management team engaged with a number of mums as to where the most appropriate place to park would be. We have encouraged mums to make use of the rooftop parking above Edgars. There are two reliable lifts that come out at ground level by the Superspar and Zaras.
I have highlighted in my previous responses to letters from the community that we are undergoing a major revamp to address the area coming from the underground parking during the course of 2016. The reality of it is that we have failed to service customer’s needs with our outdoor escalator and lift.
I apologise for this inconvenience and sincerely hope that you would visit Lifestyle again.
