I am writing this letter having my heart touched in a humble way by these two North Coast residents, Jean Tshipeng from Palm Lakes and Sarika Lochan from Shakaskraal who donated two wheelchairs for 63-year-old Busisiwe Mazeka from Nkobongo.
When I first read this story in the North Coast Courier, I was devastated. I was willing to help too but the fact is I’m desperate too. What these residents did leave a huge mark in our hearts which won’t be erased. We thank you.
I also would like to thank again the following people, Wendy Stein Roberts and Natalie Wocke, who are always in touch with me and my little pretty cat, Catty Purry. I have this adorable cat which sometimes I find difficult to feed as her food costs more as she grows up. So they sometimes lift me up when I face those feeding challenges.
I find no other community like that of the North Coast anywhere in the country. People of the North Coast are warm, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. If the entire country could be like the North Coast, we would be living in a friendly, peaceful South Africa.
