I would like to make an appeal to the many dissatisfied citizens of our country. I am referring to those millions of people who protest against the current office bearers for lack of service delivery.
This they often do by obstructing our national and other roads, burning schools, libraries, trains and trashing streets and other public facilities (all to the detriment of the economy).
This is often accompanied by acts of violence against innocent and law abiding citizens, the logic of which escapes me.
My appeal is this: please do not vote the same incompetent counselors who have failed you back into power at the municipal elections in May. Common sense would dictate that nothing will change by endorsing the same officials for a further five years.
There are a host of political parties you can vote for. Give one of them a chance. Should they fail to deliver on their promises then vote them out at the next election.
Vote for change.
This country is operating way, way below its potential and needs to be built up, not torn apart. Please think carefully before you put your cross on the ballot paper.
