We have recently relocated to Ballito from Gauteng and had to reregister our vehicles at the Stanger motor licensing office.
What a pleasant surprise we had with the excellent service received from all staff at the office. Firstly, it was the lady that provided us with the correct forms at reception and secondly, the friendly, fast and effective service from Lindiwe at the registration desk.
The queue moved fast and effective service with a smile were provided to ALL clients. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes, three vehicles registered, and service with a smile.
There are many complains about service from municipalities but my wife and I believe that when there is good service it has to be complimented.
Thank you to all the staff at the office who assisted us. With this kind of service we are positive and the KwaDukuza region is a good example of excellent service.
