For how long will people be perpetrators of animal abuse? Is common sense, intelligence, compassion and religion of no use to them, to realise how vile and vulgar a deed for one to be guilty of.
There never is a reason for animal abuse of any kind. When we have the SPCA which is mandated to help, care and protect animals in need, there there is no logic in abusing and abandoning animals.
When one does not have the intelligence to provide the basic needs of your pets or animals, then don’t take the liberty of keeping animals. Animals go through great trauma when abused or abandoned. They are as emotionally affected as humans are.
Pets are known as man’s best friend for very good reason. They serve their owner lovingly, faithfully and diligently. Do they deserve to be abused? Any person who sees, hears or knows of animals being abused should not hesitate to report it to the SPCA or police. The personnel at the SPCA are ever-willing and able to help every animal in distress.
