Service at its best!

In March, a friend and I went to renew our driver’s licences in Stanger. I’d just like to say that although I had forgotten to take proof of residence with me, the men there were absolutely amazing!
We spent over an hour with really bad signals on the phones, trying to e-mail my proof of address through to them from my Ballito office. They never once made us feel like we were a nuisance, and even when I was ready to just give up and go back to Ballito, and come back another day, they continued to be so positive and eventually they got me sorted out.
What an absolute pleasure to deal with a department with staff that are so patient and encouraging. We did go and speak to the man in charge to compliment his staff. They welcomed us with huge smiles again on Tuesday when we went to collect the new licences. Well done Stanger motor licensing office, you’re number one in our books!
