Why does animal abuse, neglect and abandonment, still persists in the community?
All animals of every kind will be mentally and physically stressed when they are restricted or kept in a cage. People too will suffer the consequence of their deed when their freedom is entailed by their pain, sickness and diseases.
Most people are religious. All religion teaches to care, provide and serve their fellowman and all God’s creatures. Therefore, people have no reason to abuse animals in any way, when we have the SPCA to care, protect and rescue them. Those who abuse animals are a disgrace to the human race and their God.
