The contractor who installed the pipe wheel runs between the two sets of stairs at the entrance of the Municipal office at Salt Rock has left a potential danger to the public and municipal staff. The cement slabs need to be removed as they are presently very uneven with edges protruding which could trip someone and cause serious injuries. Soil must be filled and compacted with a whacker stamper prior to the slabs being replaced evenly.
Furthermore, the timber walkway and railings which were damaged by flood waters crossing the bridge over the stream near the municipal offices need to be repaired or removed as at present it is an eyesore.
