LETTERS: Tongaat Fair was a great success

We have once again successfully been through yet another fair. You would have noticed that our fair was rebranded as the “Tongaat Fair”. We, the fair committee, have made every effort to bring to you, the community of Tongaat, exciting entertainment items, new stalls and educational items which we are hopeful you have enjoyed.
On behalf of the patrons, board of management and staff of Tongaat Child Welfare, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the community of Tongaat for your loyal support of our fair by attending in your large numbers. I would also like to thank all volunteers and sponsors for their support and assistance at the fair.
A big thank you to all our service providers who include, Tongaat SAPS, Metro Police, Tongaat Fire Department, Victoria Hospital Mediclinic and IPPS Medical Rescue for ensuring the well-being and safety of our patrons in and around the fair grounds.
Without all of you, the fair would not have been the success it has been!
