Whilst I agree with your sentiments and views, how about you shed some light on the incomplete building at the entrance of Ballito (opposite the school and next to SHF), since you are always having a go at the Ballito Bay Mall.
Who are the owners? What is the municipality doing about it?
My understanding is that it was supposed to be a hotel to be ready before the 2010 World Cup.
Shall it also take the wrecking ball?

I’d forgotten about that heap. The principal owners were co-developers of the Ballito Bay Mall. Does that come as a surprise? And while they are paying rates, the municipality does nothing. And before you ask, the rat-infested wreck of the Dolphin Coast Mall also belongs to a co-developer of the infamous BB Mall – Editor.
