To answer your question in Two Bits of April 4 as to who Donald Trump is, he is the man the voters of America wanted.
The very worst the book “Trump Revealed” may have told you pales into insignificance beside the antics of Hillary and Obama.
That was also the conclusion of the American voters who flocked in their thousands to Trump rallies all over the USA.
I have lived in Canada for six years have watched the US political scene most carefully.
It was the Washington Post that broke President Nixon but it has said little to nothing about the impeachable offences committed by the last President who bucked the law, Congress and the people to push through his agenda of transforming the nation to the detriment of American citizens.
Nobody ever questioned his “methods”, however illegal they were.
Fake news has always been a factor in the world. It disgraces every profession but it is quite dangerous I think that media fake news and bias have become blatant and extraordinarily vicious. The news is no longer reported upon but manufactured.
During the eight years of horror (of the Obama administration) for the American citizen, I did not read many cheeps of real complaint from Bob Woodward or the mainstream media. On the contrary when Trump joined the fray they attacked him unmercifully, daily, while giving Obama and Hillary a “get out of jail free” pass on all the misdemeanours catalogued above – and more.
No doubt you are now hearing the hysterical cries to “Impeach Trump”. My advice is don’t rely on the media, it will mislead you.
My advice is don’t focus on Trump’s past, a la The Washington Post. Focus on what Hillary and Obama were doing that caused the American voters – true Americans, let’s just get that right, – to flock to Trump.
I would respectfully say that “bullshit capabilities” are to be found in every profession and every country particularly in politics and the media.
As to being good for the West. Let’s just say this. If Hillary had got in the western world and justice as we know it would have been dissolved within four years. The American voter understood that. It is going to take a real lot of “bad” to be worse than the last eight tortuous years.
Just give the man a chance. The world did that for Obama – twice.
