Letters: Thank you to SPCA

To everyone at the Dolphin Coast SPCA: this is just a short note to thank each and every one of you for the amazing work you do! Words cannot express how appreciative we are of Nathi and Thuleka.
We brought in our little Benji yesterday to be euthanized – and with all the trauma involved, we got terribly lost getting to the SPCA – so were nearly an hour and a half late. When we arrived there, there was no one there to assist, but Thuleka took care of us and after a call to Debbie and Nathi, Nathi came back after hours and assisted us. Thuleka was also awesome, assisting us with the forms, payment and just being there for us, keeping us company until someone arrived to assist.
Nathi was absolutely amazing and he explained the procedure and what we could expect with so much compassion and understanding. We are truly thankful for him and how he handled our Benji and us as we were devastated.
Benji was almost 17 years old and had an incredible life, but it was unfortunately time to say goodbye and the team at the Dolphin Coast SPCA just made things a little easier.
Our thanks to Tracey as well, for her compassion and kind voice when we called for advice.
We take our hats off to all of you, as I’m sure sometimes you think what you do goes unnoticed, but it truly doesn’t and you are all angels in our eyes!
