I would like to complain about Foto 45 at the Ballito Centre.
I have experienced the worst service ever from them. On April 10 I took three video cassettes to be transferred onto a CD disc to be collected before 23 April – this did not happen. I made numerous phone calls and received many empty promises. Eventually, I received them back 26 April, only to find that one of the discs were not mine. I kept driving to Ballito as I was told it would be at the shop on certain dates which never happened. Eventually, I managed to collect my video and CD on 3 May. This was supposed to be a wedding anniversary gift on 23 April.
I will definitely never do any business with them again. Shocking!
