
As someone whom resides in Kingston Estate, I read with interest your article about the cats in Kingston Estate (Fur flies over ‘no cats’ decision, Courier, August 4).
I do hope that common sense comes into play here, and that the grandfather clause is applied, because quite honestly, the cats are really no trouble whatsoever and keep vermin down.
I’ve not seen a snake, rat or any mice since I’ve been living here.
I also resent that fact that my estate fees are being used to fight a legal battle that honestly, if people got around a table and applied common sense, we would all be in a better place.
The only winners here are the legal fat cats!
