Secondly, the marshalls act as though they are law enforcement officers. One officer demanded that I carry small change if I come into KwaDukuza as they do not carry change for large amounts – R200.
I told him that I was coming from home and that I am a resident of Stanger.
Their arrogance and attitude leave a lot to be desired.
R6 per hour is way too high, given the fact that most motorists park for less than an hour.
Parking fees must fall!
