For some time now, I have wanted to contact Sembcorp-Siza about an issue with sewerage pumping along Simbithi Drive.
I finally got around to emailing them and their handling of my request most certainly deserves a big thumbs up!
Within a couple of days of sending the email, I received a phone call from their employee, Derrick, who was so polite and thorough.
He let me know that they had carried out work based on my email, and he invited further feedback, should it be needed.
I am both impressed and grateful.
