Letter: Community employment

I am told by reliable sources that a lot of the ANC employees are inefficient in management ability

The youth who have recently passed matric and who are not going into tertiary education (non-bachelor, matriculants plus) should be made to carry out community service for year or two receiving minimal pay.

The youths should be able to choose into which field they would assist and serve (e.g. Teachers, nurses, police, taxation, army etc.)

This would assist in reducing unemployment a little and further the education for these school leavers.

I am told by reliable sources that a lot of the ANC employees are inefficient in management ability and would not be capable of implementing or controlling community service for the youth without corruptions a pity.
