It is our desire to assist and facilitate improved living and lifestyles within and around secure estates.
It is our intention to progress control at the gatehouse and conclude the road closures in a phased approach going forward.
Even when all data is collected and the fenceline is fully operational and the gatehouse is fully functional, we still strongly suggest that the Mandeni community and residents are proactive in town security.
Fencelines offer a barrier and form of security.
Security presence allows for prevention or deterring of undesirable activities and assists with the patrolling of the by-laws in the area and thereby uplifts the community.
We look forward to Jackalberry Estate being fully functional in due course and creating the official Home Owners Association which will help in addressing residents’ concerns. We will then see favourable results
