Letter: Outstanding service

"I encourage anyone needing this sort of equipment to consider this company who certainly show very strong ethics which are practically nonexistent in today's world" - Danny Holton.

Danny Holton of Ballito writes:

A friend in Ballito was having severe medical issues which resulted in him being frail.

A big challenge was ascending the flights of stairs into his home.

They contacted Acorn Stairlifts who quoted and were given the go ahead to install.

As the stairs consisted of two sections with a landing in between, the installation consisted of two separate “carriages”, one for each flight of stairs. Costly but necessary.

Unfortunately he never had the chance to use them as he passed away shortly after.

His wife contacted Acorn Stairlifts and they immediately responded to say they would give her a 100% refund.

They duly arrived, dismantled the lifts and made good.

She has since received the refund in full, no deduction for the installation, dismantling, transport etc.

I encourage anyone needing this sort of equipment to consider this company who certainly show very strong ethics which are practically nonexistent in today’s world.
