Through the medium of this newspaper I want to thank Cllr Jeniff er Vallen for the good work she has been doing since she was elected as Ward 16 councillor.

I have been a resident of Ward 16 since 1980 and this ward had three councillors.

None of them delivered services.

They were always absent from the people who voted them into office.

I am of the opinion that these councillors were professional spongers that used their party banners to eat and live off the struggling rate payers without conscience.

Since Jeniffer Vallen was elected, there has been progress regarding service delivery in Stanger Heights and, most of all, she has created jobs for the unemployed youth of Ward 16.

This was never done in the past.

Although I am a card-carrying member of another political party, I must give credit where credit is due.

Well done Jeniffer Vallen, you are simply the best. Keep up the good work, your work is recognised by many.

If anyone disagrees, please raise your hand.
