#Letter: Praise for efficient Siza Water callout team who worked on burst pipe throughout the night

"Exhausted and sleep deprived, they remained courteous throughout and before leaving the property, went above and beyond the call of duty cleaning up as best they could." - Nancy Pillay.

Shakaskraal resident Nancy Pillay writes:

On the afternoon of January 11 an underground mainline water pipe running through my property burst.

Water was gushing out, flooding the streets. Panicked, I called the Siza Water team.

Joseph Muzima, Douglas Dlamini and Stimela Nxumalo were sent to work on the problem.

My husband and I would like to express our gratitude to these gentlemen for the quality of service they provided. We sincerely appreciated their efficient and gracious customer service.

These gentlemen worked tirelessly from 4.30pm to 5.30am the following morning.

Exhausted and sleep deprived, they remained courteous throughout and before leaving the property, went above and beyond the call of duty cleaning up as best they could.
