I wonder, though, who has been contracted to empty them and how often?
This bin at the far end of Willard Beach just down from the so-called “haunted house”, was last emptied some time last year.
It’s not only an eyesore but also a health hazard. I’m pretty sure of this because my dog and I know what’s in there!
