#Letter: Clinic fails to serve

"It took them a hour to collect our "cards" so they could draw the files, and more than a hour later we were still waiting" - Anne Watson.

Anne Watson of Westbrook writes:

I know there has been many complaints about the Tongaat clinic, but it is really getting out of hand.

During the recent heavy rain we were sitting in a open area waiting for our files to arrive.

It took them a hour to collect our “cards” so they could draw the files, and more than a hour later we were still waiting.

If you dare say anything they get very rude and you wait even longer.

Someone needs to come here and not say who they are and just observe what is going on.

Elderly people, mothers with children. They don’t care. They think they are doing us a favour.

It’s disgusting.
