#Letter: Michael from Siza Water is a man of his word

"Michael quickly planned a clean-up operation for us and the next morning, true to his word, a team arrived and spent the day cleaning up and making our school look awesome again" - Tracey Prepok.

Tracey Prepok of Ballito writes:

We are always quick to complain about bad service delivery, but I would like to compliment Michael Sigasa of Siza Water on his very efficient service.

Last Tuesday a water pipe burst on the corner of Jacqueline and Hilary Drive right outside our school, Dolphin Coast Pre-Primary, and within minutes created a “river” flowing into the entrance of our school – and with it loads of red soil.

I messaged him in quite a panic as I had to open the school with this mess on Wednesday morning.

Michael quickly planned a clean-up operation for us and the next morning, true to his word, a team arrived and spent the day cleaning up and making our school look awesome again.

Thank you Michael, you were a pleasure to deal with.
