Lino has been an MMA fighter since 2011, is a former International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) featherweight world champion and a current Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC) flyweight contender.

Moran, a certified Reebok trainer, has been a professional trainer since 2010 and has worked in many types of gyms, including commercial and private.
Specialising in functional cross training, boxing, toning, weight-loss and nutrition, Moran has a huge following.

Artura Tattoo’s “Big Mike” from Pietermartizburg has come to conquer the North Coast one tattoo at a time.
He specialises in custom designed tattoos and portraits, especially family members.
12 Week challenge:

The 12 week challenge is a functional experience where having fun, testing yourself, pushing your limits and smashing your fitness goals are all part of the deal.
The challenge costs R1800 and includes:
– Three group sessions per week
– Weekly progress reports and photos

Personal group training timetable:
Monday to Friday 5.30 am; 8am; 9am; 5pm; 6pm
Saturday 7am and 9am.
