Mamba madness

The King of the Mamba and Peg Lunar Projects 2016 competitions attracted top skaters to Salt Rock's Mamba Skate Park.

Top South African, adrenaline-pumped skateboarders united at Salt Rock’s Mamba Skate Park recently for two of their biggest events of the year – the King of the Mamba and Peg Lunar Projects 2016.

Supported by Red Bull and Gunslinger Longboards, the King of the Mamba saw fast, action-packed skating, with a few big wipe-outs, which did not stop the competitors from having another go at claiming the crown.

Ballito local, Eben Combrinck was crowned King, with Lungelo Mntambo coming in a close second and Jordy Johnson hot on their heels in third.
