Answering the call of the Big Hill at Sugar Rush Park
It is a fantastic event for the whole family so be sure to put it into your diary.
Can you handle the hill? To find out, put on your running shoes and prepare for The Seeff Big Hill Run 2016 on Sunday, December 18 at Sugar Rush Park.
For this, the second year, organisers are expecting the numbers to increase from the approximately 1000 entrants last year.
There will be a 21km run at 6am, with entry at R120; a 10km run at 6am for R100 and a 5km fun trail run at 6.30am at R50.
Runners can enter online by visiting www.eventtiming.co.za or www.dolphincoaststriders.co.za.
Online entries close on Tuesday, December 15.
Participants can also enter at the Salt Rock Country Club on Saturday, December 17 between 2pm and 5pm. Late entries on the morning of the race will be accepted with cash only.
There is a supervised kid’s playzone available and eats and refreshments will be shared after the run.
