Rainbows and smiles at Richmond golf day
The mission of Rainbows and Smiles is to provide emotional, social and financial support to families and caregivers in need when a child of that family is diagnosed with cancer.
There’s nothing like a good game of golf to close off a busy year and bring people together.
Killing two birds with one stone, Richmond Plumbing and Sanitary Ware in Ballito hosted their annual golf day at the Umhlali Country Club on Friday December 9 and all for a worthy cause.
The golf was aimed at getting their suppliers and customers to get to know each other better and to raise money for cancer support organisation, Rainbows and Smiles.

With more than 110 people showing up to the fun-filled day, Richmond Plumbing and Sanitary Ware’s showroom manager Chris Bezuidenhout said that day was a massive success.
“There were 80 players and we were pleased with the incredible turn out. We managed to raise R22 000 for the Rainbow and Smiles organisation,” he said.
