Xcountry biking fun on Sunday
Entries will be open until Saturday, go to www.kznracing.co.za to enter
KZN Racing is bringing muddy, dirty, high speed Xcountry excitement to Ballito this weekend.
Motorcyclists will be taking on a 25km course through Royden Farm (next door to Rain Farm) in Esenembi on Sunday.
Local bikers Greg Nairn and Brett Swanepoel are upping the stakes for the course setters on this one. The pit area will be expanded with a large area of mown grass for pits. The track is going to be tight, so participants will need to keep their wits about them.
As “hard” as the recent Powasol event was, this event will be “soft” in the canefields and plantations of Royden Farm with lots of the track on beach sand.
Entries will be open until Saturday, go to www.kznracing.co.za to enter.
A reminder to all riders over the age of 50 to undergo a Stress ECG and submit this report to Rashaad at MSA rashaad@motorpsort.co.za when applying for your racing licence.
Weekend Offroad Warriors (WOW) riders over 50 will need to do the same and submit the report to carmen@motorsport.co.za to be organised before the event and avoid the hassle on raceday.
