Participants had the option of taking on a trail run, obstacle course, MTB ride or all three. Some participated in a team relay where team members each did one of the courses.

The first place male participant was Pieter Lamont, while Nedene Cahill walked away the winner in the women’s category.

Spot prizes were also handed out while a number of winners were selected in various other categories.

Course designers Dwain Swiegers, Justin Christoforos and Tim Lyle thoroughly enjoyed seeing the participants giving it their all.
