Big excitement for Big Hill Run at Sugar Rush
The action is all going down on Sunday - and with Monday being a public holiday there is no reason to avoid a few stiff muscles.
It is time to stretch those legs and dust off those running shoes.
The Seeff Big Hill Run is looming large this weekend and all athletes are invited to come join in the fun and tackle the rolling hills of the North Coast.
The action is all going down on Sunday – and with Monday being a public holiday there is no reason to avoid a few stiff muscles.
Kicking off at 4.30pm the event, which is hosted by the Dolphin Coast Striders at Sugar Rush Park, is slated to run until 9.30pm that evening
There is a course for all fitness levels, with a 5km, 10km and 21km road run.
The 21km run is R170 per athlete, the 10km will cost R140, and the ever popular 5km fun run will be R50.
Tickets can be booked online by visiting ‘The Seeff Big Hill Run’ Facebook event page and following the link. The Striders will also be taking entries at Ballito Lifestyle Centre from 9am to 12pm noon on Sunday.
