Feel the burn at Ballito Dolphins pre-season training
The training is the start of another great season for the club.
Lace up those boots and prepare for a sweat session that is bound to rapidly burn off those December holiday calories.
The Ballito Dolphins Rugby Club is back in business and local rugga-bugga’s are encouraged to get down to Sugar Rush Park every week for some killer pre-season training.
The training, which mostly consists of intense fitness, is the start of another great season for the club.
Whether you are new to the game and would like to get involved, or if you have many years of experience and feel you have something special to bring to the field, or even if you would just like to improve those fitness levels, head down to Sugar Rush Park every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for training from 6pm.
The “warm up” schedule includes playing in the Bozas Cup at Eshowe on March 2, followed by a “chukka game” vs Varsity College at home on March 9 as a curtain raiser to the Dolphins Old Boys vs SA Legends at Sugar Rush Park, and then a final warm up game, also at home, vs Harlequins on March 16.
Subs are R700 a year or R59 per month. The league season itself gets underway on March 26, so keep an eye on their website for the full fixture list.
