Hooked on fishing at Orphan Fund fishing fun day
Keen fishermen young and old enjoyed a day of fun out at the dam all for a good cause.
Beautiful weather and obliging fish greeted entrants in The Sparesboyz Fishing Fun Day at Dudley Pringle Dam on Sunday.
The 77 entrants between them caught a respectable number of fish and raised R23 000 for The North Coast Courier Orphan Fund.

“We and our sponsors were thrilled with the turnout. Mostly we were pleased that we could provide such a pleasant day for families and especially the children,” said Courier managing director Pieter Naudé.
The event’s main sponsors were Sparesboyz, Tongaat Hulett and Palm Lakes Estate.
