Gear up for the Sugar Rush Classic Festival!

In celebration of Holla Trails’ 10 year anniversary, this weekend’s Sugar Rush Classic Festival: Trail run and MTB race is expected to be bigger and better than ever.

Powered by Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate, the two day event will begin on Saturday, May 11 from 12pm to 3pm and Sunday, May 12 from 6am to 8am.

With the running and cycle trails set and the weather conditions looking good it’s set to be a great weekend of running, cycling and celebrations.

Participants can expect terrain which will be predominately single track that takes you through several sugar cane farms. Expect to encounter dams, rivers and bridges along the course. All participants will be timed by ROAG.

To add to the fun their will be live music, a beer garden, food and drinks on sale, kids entertainment and plenty of good vibes throughout the event.

Participants also have the opportunity to donate to Gears 4 Ears when entering the race and on the day.

The NPO is raising awareness of the benefits linked to cochlear implants which give the gift of hearing.

Representatives will be at the event should anyone wish to make a donation.

Pre-entries have closed, but participants can still enter on the day. Registration starts at 12pm on Saturday.
