Shakaskraal karate champ going far

Shakaskraal Protea’s karate champion, Aishwariya Ramnarian, recently won two bronze medals in the senior ladies black belt division of the 2019 Zone 6 Africa all styles championships in Namibia.
“I firmly believe that I did enough to be crowned Africa zone 6 champion but due to a few poor refereeing decisions it did not happen.
“However, as a karate fighter I have learnt that you deal with disappointments with a positive energy hence I am looking forward to my next challenge in the forthcoming SKIF Shotokan world championships in the Czech republic city of Prague,” said Ramnarian.

“She is on top of her game, especially given her recent results on the national KSA tournament circuit, moreover I firmly believe that she will soon be crowned All Africa champion,” said Pillay.
President of KSA karate legend Sonny Pillay paid glowing tribute to the Protea fighter.
“Aishwariya is an outstanding role model for our youth who are aspiring to excel in sports especially given that she is consistently winning medals with podium finishes at major karate events nationally and internationally thereby making the rainbow nation proud,” said Sonny.
