Umhlali Country Club bowls winners on a roll
Closing out a packed schedule, Gerda Kaljee, Gordon Russell and Joan van Heerden finished as the best team in the Local Real Estate competition.
It has been an exciting start to the month for the Umhlali Bowls Club, with some fantastic scoring and camaraderie on show.
In the men’s club competition for August, the team of Billy Galal, Howard Abiet and captain, Duncan Parsons, came out on top.
Cheryl Mostert captained her team of Annette Senekal and Lyle Cronje to gold in the women’s event.
On August 4, Lyle Cronje, Howard Abiet, Tony Shalovsky and Billy Galal claimed victory in the President’s Cup.
