Ballito Farmers’ Market trail run launches with a vibrant colour run

Runners chose between a 5km trail run or a 1km fun run for children.

The Ballito Farmers’ Market Trail Run is set to become a regular weekend fixture, and its grand launch on Sunday was nothing short of spectacular.

To make the event extra special, the organisers transformed it into a vibrant colour run, with athletes fully embracing the fun.

By the time they crossed the finish line, many were barely recognisable under layers of bright powder.

Never miss a moment to be romantic: Jose Vazquel and Lerato Mthimkhulu.

Runners could choose between a 5km trail run starting at 9am or a 1km fun run for children.

The route winds through beautiful sugarcane fields. However, worry not, there are clear signs along the way to ensure no one gets lost.
