Ballito Royals FC continued their hot start to the season with some more fantastic results in their second match week.

Playing in the SAFA GDLFA league, which includes teams from Durban and surrounds, the youngsters claimed eight wins, two draws and one loss from their 11 matches on Sunday. The majority of matches were played at the team’s home ground at Reddam House Ballito.

The clear highlight of the day was a 13-goal thriller in the U10 White team game, where the Royals claimed a 7-6 victory against Young Brazil. Elsewhere, the U9 Golds scored 12 unanswered goals against Virginia United, while the U10 Blues also notched double figured in their 10-2 win against Ashley Rovers.
