Brettenwood Estate golf fundraiser nets R150 000 for Flag Animal Farm

The popular day drew more than 100 golfers to Umhlali Country Club.

Generous golfers swung into action to raise a massive R150 000 for Flag Animal Farm at Brettenwood Estate’s recent charity golf day.

Hosted at Umhlali Country Club on August 28, the event drew over 100 golfers for a morning of fairways, friendship and fundraising.

Teams went to work following a shotgun start, with the quartet of Ailsa Drummond, Paddi Reich, Glenda Hickman and Charmaine Kinsella claiming overall honours.

While the competition was fierce, the heart of the day was the outpouring of generosity. Residents, friends and sponsors came together to support a cause that truly matters – proving that when a community unites, remarkable things happen.

“Your generosity and care are changing lives and creating hope for animals in need. This is what makes our community at Brettenwood so special.”
