The female songbird quintet known as Take Five, are set to hit the Pumpkin Theatre over the Valentine weekend on February 14 and 16.
Featuring polished harmony arrangements of contemporary music stars such as Adele and April Lavigne, with a few timeless classics thrown in the mix, Take Five’s latest show, ‘Rumour has it’, will have you moving and grooving until the proverbial cows come home.
The ensemble consists of Shelley McLean, Tory du Plessis, Tammy Saville, Haylea Hounsome and Chloe Clark.
Expect to hear a little bit of everything, from pop to musical theatre, classical and soulful Jazz. Take Five is certain that this performance is tailor made for ‘someone like you’. Receiving four Durban Theatre Award nominations after playing to sold out houses last year, this show promises to deliver.
Doors open at 6.30pm for 8pm on Friday, February 14 and at 12.30pm for 2pm for Sunday, February 16’s matinee show.
