Decorex will dazzle Durban
Homeowners should not miss out on this year's Decorex show.
Attention all homeowners and interior lovers, the fabulous Decorex show is coming to Durban this month and promises to offer the most exciting decor show ever.
“Our visitors always leave Decorex Durban filled with inspiration, as the exhibition is set to encourage great ideas in all aspects of décor and design,” said Sian Steyn, general manager of the Decorex SA portfolio.
Decorex Durban, KwaZulu-Natal’s premier décor, design and lifestyle exhibition, will be running from March 19-22 at the Durban Exhibition Centre and doors will be open from 10am-8pm daily.
“Globally, individuals are no longer relying on others to tell them what’s on trend, we’re all curating our own style. At Decorex Durban we will be showcasing innovative ideas and world class products for our visitors to choose from and style their own lives,” said Steyn.
DIY fans’ hearts will be racing with excitement, while chatting to the exhibitors who enjoy sharing practical ideas and inspiring tips.
Among the leading décor and design experts who will showcase the very latest in these fields, will be Ballito’s Sugar Plum Interiors, who will be custom making many products in bold colour combinations, never seen before.
They will also introduce visitors to a new way of looking at bathroom design, with exciting new products and concepts, which will inspire people to a new way of thinking.
Interior guru, Bianca Shaw, owner of the Durban based interior company, SLINX, is back on board this year, after winning best small stand in 2013 and a stand design award in 2014 at Decorex.
Remember to stop at the master bedroom of the Private Property trend house to see what she has created.
The show will be divided into the following categories: kitchens and bathrooms, interior and exterior decor, outdoor living, plan and build, cooking and cuisine, as well as craft and create.
“Decorex Durban will be your one stop inspiration destination where we’ll not only give you the ideas, but showcase the best in products and services to make them happen. Each one of us is a creative at heart; we just need the right ideas and the right tools,” said Steyn.
So pack the family into the car and go spend a day of creative fun and delicious food at the Decorex show.
Ticket prices range from R15 for kids under 12, R60 for trade, pensioners and students and R70 for adults.
