More then 130 women rallied together in support of this special fundraising morning.
Two time breast cancer survivor Mandy Cremer shared her story, breathing courage into everyone, both those facing cancer themselves and those supporting cancer survivors.
Then there was hardly a dry eye in the house when Margi Koster shared her inspiring voice with the crowd in a beautiful song.
Sandra Thomas from Satin Candy emphasised the importance of checking yourself regularly for breast cancer.
She said that women need to know their breasts so that they will be able to see if there is any change.
“Stand in from of the mirror and look at your breasts, touch them and see if you feel anything unusual,” said Thomas.
She said it was important for women to know the size of their breasts and wearing the correct bra size was a must.
“Your bra needs to make your breasts comfortable and if your bra is the first thing you want to get rid off when you get home, you might be wearing the wrong size bra,” said Thomas.
La Finesse Cakes sponsored the most amazing cake that was cut and a candle lit by Mandy Cremer for all the cancer fighters out there.

The pop-up stalls were a great attraction, where the ladies mingled and had the opportunity to get some of their Christmas shopping done.
It was overall a great morning with many of the ladies making new friends and going home laden with prizes from the lucky draw.
