Jazz and jive in the township
Jazz lovers get a taste of what's to come next year.
The Day of Reconciliation last Wednesday was celebrated with the tunes of jazz in Thembeni, Groutville.
The KwaDukuza Jazz festival launch was held at the Palm Lands Bed and Breakfast, and residents were entertained by local artists, including comedian Hallo, who left the crowd in stitches with his jokes.
KwaDukuza Jazz and entertainment club’s Bonginkosi Nhanca said they were just introducing the idea of the concert to the public.
“A bigger concert is coming next year and we want to thank everyone who came to support,” said Nhanca.
