Durban funnyman Carvin H Goldstone has just returned from his second Australian comedy tour and is poised to whip the Dolphin Coast into a laughing frenzy.
The Best of Carvin H Goldstone Tour comes to Sibaya iZulu Theatre from August 19 to 21. The nationwide tour, which is the first by the larger than life solo act has been receiving rave reviews around South Africa.The Sibaya show is where Carvin H Goldstone comes full circle.
In 2006, an unknown Carvin walked onto the stage of Sibiya’s iZulu Theatre and delivered his first ever comedy set as a contestant in the Madras Masala comedy competition.
After three intense days of competing, Carvin was announced the winner by a landslide.
Three sold out one man shows since 2011, international tours and multiple awards has earned Carvin respect across South Africa’s comedy community.
His rise to fame was rubber stamped this year by being selected as the headline act at the recent Kings and Queens of Comedy PE despite the line up including comedy veterans like Loyiso Gola, Stuart Taylor, Chester Missing and Jason Goliath.

To celebrate 10 years of comedy Carvin will be staging the Best of Carvin H Goldstone. With no swearing or sexual references, the show is designed for the whole family but parental guidance is advised.
